Job Summary: This position requires a working knowledge of employee benefits. Experience in defined benefit pension and/or defined contribution & 401(k) administration is desired. Responsible for delivering a wide range of services to Taft-Hartley accounts including, but not limited to: overall customer service, retirement application processing, pension verification and calculations. Performs related duties requiring the use of independent judgment, analysis and detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures related to work performed. The successful candidate will carry out additional tasks as needed for continual improvement of the level of customer service delivered to our clients.
